Baked Berry Oatmeal

I am definitely not a morning person and fitting in time to eat a wholesome breakfast before leaving for work can be difficult for me. Since I’m typically in a time crunch in the mornings, I tend to grab something quick to take with me and eat it once I get to work. I am a fan of fast and easy breakfasts but also make sure they include fiber and protein to keep me fuller for longer. Otherwise, I know I will be hungry an hour after eating.
