Fitness is an area that many people focus on at the start of a new year. But, if you’re like me, I will sometimes have a general idea of what I want to do but don’t know what step to take next. It can also be difficult to do workouts at home or while traveling without tools or guides on what to do. Time is also a barrier to consistent exercise, as many of us balance work and families. ¬†We looked at how our phone apps can help with our nutrition goals, and we are back today to look at some of the most helpful fitness focused phone applications.
