Nutrition Philosophy

Healthy Bites Houston was founded by two Registered Dietitians looking to share their knowledge to help others live a healthy lifestyle. We do not believe in fad diets with quick, drastic results. We do not believe in weight loss pills, detoxes or cleanses. What we do believe in is evidence based science with a focus on lifestyle modifications that produce long term, sustainable results. Moderation is key; there is always room for a treat in a healthy diet! We also believe in eating whole foods to nourish your body and soul. Our goal is to teach you how to live a healthy and fulfilling life by providing you with the knowledge to make healthy decisions while sharing some of our personal experiences and stories.
