I might have a slight, ok, large obsession with water bottles. Every time I get a new one, I get really excited to use it! Having something that keeps my water cold and tasting good is definitely motivation for me to drink more. The S’well bottle is great for those people who like a sleek design but enjoy the characteristics of an aluminum bottle. Like the Yeti Rambler, the S’well bottle keeps cold drinks cold for 24 hours and hot drinks hot for 12 hours. The Yeti rambler is a great option to carry around for the day, and the large top makes it easy to fill with a variety of liquids!

There is something about drinking water out of a glass, and the BKR bottle is just that – all glass. The different colored silicone sleeves and compact size make it fun and easy to carry around.  And even better, it can be washed in the dishwasher!

Wearing an activity tracker seems to be all the rage these days, but it really does help keep you on track. It’s fascinating to be able to see how much walking and stair climbing you do in a day when it is being monitored. When I first got my FitBit One, it made me much more aware of my activity, and at the end of the day, I found myself taking a walk around the neighborhood just to reach my daily step goal. The newest model, the Fitbit Surge, even includes a heart rate monitor.

Tired of the same old classes or looking for a gift for someone who is looking for a change to their workout routine? A gift card to ClassPass is a great option! Located in multiple cities around the country (and even world), ClassPass allows you access to a variety of workouts at a large network of studios – think Zumba, yoga, barre, kickboxing, cycling, boot camp, etc. The greater Houston map above details all of the different workout studios that accept ClassPass. This is also a great gift for someone who travels to different cities and cannot commit to a gym membership in one city.

For the yoga or pilates lover on your list, these personalized mats are perfect. It’s nice to have your own mat to bring to a workout class, and the variety of colors and monogram options included are an added plus.

Heart rate monitors are a perfect gift for those fitness enthusiasts in your life! I enjoy keeping an eye on my heart rate during workouts to ensure I am maximizing my time during a run or at the gym. It’s also a great way to get a better picture of how many calories I am actually burning during a workout in order to better estimate my daily calorie needs.

DEFINE body & mind is a great workout studio found mostly in Texas but with the number of locations growing. With classes focused on a mix of yoga, pilates, barre and core strengthening or other options such as cycling, these classes are a perfect compliment to the normal workout routine.

Looking for a workout to do in a small space? This cordless jump rope is a great option!

May Designs is one of my “go-to” companies for journals, and their health and fitness tracker is one of my favorites. If you are looking for a journal that tracks food intake as well as exercise and hydration, this one has it all. You can customize the cover of each journal with one of their many options, making it a gift you can personalize for each person on your list.
